It is no secret that the most likely buyers for your land are other land owners. We have been building an extensive database of land owners since 2001. We make sure that their contact information is current, and we call and mail to them regularly.

Agent Database

As the owner of three real estate offices, we have direct influence over 500+ agents. This provides us with a more intimate and extensive network from which to find buyers. In addition to our Salt lake office, we are also plugged into the other Keller Williams offices in South Ogden, Park City, South Valley, and Orem. Through these connections, we are able to market to the top agents in the state and know which agents are active in land sales and working with buyers.

We are tracking with builders are still in business. We regularly communicate with each of them to assure that our properties are first on their minds.
